What I like about this image is the perfect balance created between Orange and black. At a glance its the only two colors visible. You are a master of fall photos JoJo.
OH MY GOODNESS..this is awesome! fantastic and a few other great words...The colour of this particular orange is soooooooooo s triking with the tree trunks showing black like that..a very magical photo that i know you must be very proud of!!!
Thanks my friends.I try to make my images as true to the eye as possible.Although the colors have been bumped up I like them to be within the realm of the possible under mother natures guidence.

Aaarf! When I stopped to look at this image, all around me had a cyan color... Strange, isn't it? ;-)
Wonderful image! We didn't have fall's colors like that in Europe... :'-(
I keep using your photos as backgrounds. It seems like the best way to get out of North Dakota... even if it is only for a glance. Not that North Dakota isn't beautiful... it's... just.. beautiful in a cold, flat, functional kinda way. Anyhow, keep it up.
Fine work, Joseph. Lovely photo - it's so brilliantly orange. :) Came across it again, and just had to comment a second time. Too bad I can't vote a second time, too.
This is a wonderfully vibrant photo. I've seen so many shots of fall foliage in which the colors are washed out or muddy...this is an exception. The saturated orange mixed with the black makes for a striking desktop. Beautiful.
I've had this picture rotating on my screensaver for quite awhile now and realized I never left a comment. :o( Very beautiful capture. Thank you for sharing!

This is on my backdrop of my computer at work, I cant tell you how refreshing it is to see this and feel like I am there. Thank you for the beautiful shot, you have shared it with everyone at my work as well, and we are all thankful :)
