Really like the colour palette of this one John. Works well with the subtlety of the flame itself.
Been going back and forth between various sizes of viewing and if I can be bold here ... and in my humble opinion ... compositionally? Think, or at least my preference would be to shift the entire flame up and slightly to the left.
Mere minor degrees in both instances. However I do think better balance might be the end result. Just some thoughts, that's all.
Good clean render, you avoided any posterization. Well done on that aspect.
And but of course, thanks for sharing the look ... and the laugh, lol.
No problems with 'cosmic rippers' on this end. Provided you are downwind from moi. :oD
