The pump is still inside. I like to imagine what these old buildings were like back in the day. If they could talk (they would scream fix me up now) imagine the stories they could tell.

Nice composition and good capture of this old building. Nice lighting and a wonderful blue sky in the background. Great job Sheldon and thanks for sharing.

In order to discover who you are, first learn who everybody else is; you're what's left.

I like the old buildings too Sheldon. It would be interesting to hear their stories. There are many of them strung across the land. People just walked away. How sad.

Hi, Sheldon...

There sure are a lot of old buildings near you. I tried two new walks with my dog today and didn't find one old anything to photograph. I'd be happy with a shed, windmill, barn or water trough. I might head further out into the country tomorrow.

You've done a wonderful job with this particular subject. There are equal amounts of sky and foreground which I like (although nobody else wants to see that in my pictures at least). I like the way you captured the subdued colors on the building. "Nice Shot"

Great capture of the old buildings, does make one wonder what the lives of those who used these was like. As Roger mentioned, I would crop out some of the foreground.

How about the overexposure of the roof - on the right side or on the left subject to which side you are looking from LOL
General remark - focus should be better as well as sharpness and clarity which come with the focus.
I wish you could try and post some better attempt at rendering this unquestionably charming view.
I will check it, so please do not disappoint me LOL
