This is my first attempt at fireworks photography. My NikonP90 has a good setting for this.

Not bad for a first attempt - fireworks can be quite difficult. The fireworks themselves appear to be a bit overexposed which in turn effects the clarity. I don't know what setting your camera has (fireworks setting?) but if it has a "bulb" setting try that next time. Once you get the timing down you will find you've got much more control over the shot. Once again - not bad for the first attempt -

So many pics and so little time can mean just one thing - it must be - tee time

I'd say you have done very well for the first attempt. Keep at it. In all of my years of photography I've never tried fireworks shots.
