This is a nice overview of the dock scene. I can see that the long boardwalk out to the cabana is a strong compositional element. That said, there must have been a strong desire on your part to chop down that tree, or at least to move it! :) I don't know what the site restrictions are, and so it may not have been possible to move 3 steps left in order to reveal more of the cabana. Nice strong horizontal lines, good vertical elements, colors that puts the viewer into the scene.

Nice dock scene, it looks bright and sunny and warm... Though I'd like to see a little more of the port and less sky, and lots of color! ;-))
