Picture Purrrfect . Some people are like slinky's, completely useless but still a lot of fun when you push them down the stairs. 8~O

I love the dreamy mood this evokes; perfect title. Pleasant winter desktop by an obviously skilled photographer. Thanks! Interesting composition. If the sky were any brighter and the water less still, I'd say these trees were working out who is bringing what to Christmas dinner; but I really think it was too early for that and they are just gently getting their morning coffee.

This is a beautiful picture, very well executed - just the right amount of softness.

dittos to all the above...the softness and how well it works here really grabbed my attention once I saw it fully opened. I wouldn't have thought it would work, but you certainly made it do so :)PJ

Have you done a touch of manip to this one Kristof? It looks a little like Jerry's [DigiCamMan] Foofarama technique;o) Whatever, it adds an almost romantic feel to what would otherwise be quite a stark winter scene - I love it. Faved and onto desktop.
Cheers,
Steve.

My Dear Kristof, who but you would post such a unique and well captured image? Gorgeous work my friend. Color is breathtaking as is the whole scene. Excellent exposure and clarity. Wonderful whistful image. What a lovely Christmas gift. anne :-)

Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)

This is a breathtakingly beautiful capture Kristof! The whole scene appears magical and mystical and filled with beauty. the lighting is so subtle as are the colors, yet they fill the viewer's eyes. Right to my favorites folder on my hard drive and this will be my desktop to see the New Year coming ;=)
here is hoping that your Holiday was happy and that the New Year is filled with blessings for you and yours.

I don’t think you can beat nature shots where there are no people. It’s so magical how nature’s colors can overwhelm you and there are just no words that can describe your thoughts. Only Awe! This will make a great desktop. Thanks for sharing!
