It has been quite some time since I have posted anything, so I hope that this post makes up for my absence. I had a rare opportunity to get out with my gear and do some shooting a few weeks ago and I was delighted that on several occasions I was able to attract two female hummers to feed at the same time on my setup. These little flying jewels can get quite aggressive when protecting their food sources so capturing 2 at once in close to the same plane of focus can be quite tricky. Now that the twins are getting a little older (16 months), maybe I can get a little more time out in the wild with my gear.

Stunning shot, the colours of the flowers and birds jump out against that grey background. Fantastic image.
