This just reminded me of the ancient Japanese art of paper folding .... well, that & of a game we used to play as kids with folded paper. Enjoy !

It does look like origami Lauren! I was never any good at that stuff. I got pretty good at making paper footballs though. We always had fun with those at lunchtime..=)

I don't look at fractals too often-- they're out of my league. this is really nice to look at though. :)

Hmm very nice, but almost every fractal i check of yours, they seem to use the same gradient... just an f.y.i.. :)

I'd personally like to see some wild out there colours in one or two of your fractals :)

Art is the perception of the creator. Meaning is the perception of the viewer. acceptance is the perception of society.

The delicate transparency of this draws the viewers eye into the fractal flame. It appears to float about on the display screen. Is that because I ate too much Origami??? Just teasing angel...lovely piece of art that you have once again created. Right to the favorites folder on the harddrive. Thanks' for sharing this with me ;=)

Picture Purrrfect . Some people are like slinky's, completely useless but still a lot of fun when you push them down the stairs. 8~O
