Well you got the subject, I love B&W but, something is missing, maybe color in this shot?

I haven't decided into which subject category this goes...color would add a great deal...looks like your leaves might have a touch of powdery mildew...botanical illustrations? Keep experimenting!

I think the contrast is not high enough here to make this a really effective B&W shot. Generally for a B&W shot to work you need stronger light and shadow differences...

its an intersting image, but nees more contrast, and some deeper colours and shadows if its going to be in black and white.
