I traveled a bit before the Caedes UK Get Together. My first stop was Inverness Scotland where I took a boat ride on Loch Ness to rthe ruins of Urquhart Castle.
Great to see a shot of this place, I've never been but Scotland's remoter places have to be near the top of my list. I like your perspective, intersecting sloping lines and nice reflections in the water.
I see Nessie just off center at the foot of those rocks. Is it there just for the Tourist ? Or did you Luck Out and get a Pic of the REAL DEAL ?
Either way it's Fine Capture Lisa.
Not as funny as the stuff you been displaying about me!!!...but worth seeing!...I suppose!..lol..
A wonderful shot, nice to see the owd castle again..been there a few times in the past!...and the boat ride would have been great eh!....Loch Ness is one of the prettiest of the Lochs up there!...
Excellent shot and glad you enjoyed your time up there young lady!!!
We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"
Don't you just love a ruined castle Lisa! I have only been to Scotland once, I am ashamed to say! ....but I loved it so much, I must get back there - nothing like it really and you captured one of the great sights! ....the composition is very good as are the natural colours and reflections!

Wee Nessie is a wry touch Lisa. :) The Lochs generally seem to me to cry out for a month's worth of camping on their shores to make the most of their potential, never thought to go out on a boot! Nice one.
you know how much i love scotland! loch ness is sooo huge! what a lovely shot from the boat, im glad you had a cool time!!! looking forward to seeing more shots.
Oh god look at that, what a fantastic image of this old castle. It remind me the movie with Sean Connery and Christophe Lambert 'Highlander'. Very well done Lisa.
RAPHAEL :)
