Our comments are supposed to be constructive, supportive and informative. I have been submitting pictures for about a week and have received too many "Great shot" and "Beautiful" comments.

I saw this picture and checked out you entire gallery. You have an excellent eye and even more skill. In this particular picture, you have framed the subject perfectly. The colors leap off the monitor and the background stays where it's supposed to be...in the background. If I had to rate this, I would say 9.5 out of 10.

Great shot....Beautiful. That about covers the entire spectrum of what I think...only abridged. I should say...Great Foofy shot.

Incidentally, Thad, I was originally thinking of calling "Wordsworth Revisited", "Spring Has Sprung"! But I'm more than happy to let you have the honours here.
In fact, I think I'll up old chummie's 9.5 with a 10/10.

I will go "Beautiful" and "Great shot," just to mix it up Thad. I did a little recon and discovered that the old phrase: "If I told you once, I told you a millon times not to exaggerate applies." I like the FDR look to this one. It brings out the textures.

A nice capture of these blooms Thad. Beautiful rich colours and details/textures in the petals; the orange stamens really stand out in the photo. Warm, bright light flooding your scene, perhaps a tad over-exposed on the left. But a good composition and good shot. ~Wendell

A few flowers are springing up here in my neck of the woods as well. But you can imagine my surprised when it started poring the snow yesterday. But it's all gone today:))

Well after 3.5" of snow this weekend this shot is really a pleasure - well done.

Fine looking Crocus they are too! Nice shot.

I'd say it has, and a gorgeous photo of these early bloomers here also.

Our flowers here in Utah are just barely opening up! These are beautifully presented...I love the grouping you caught here...very springy and cheerful

WOW, Thad this is so beautiful and love those colours. Must be nice, we're getting light snow on and off today plus the temperature is around 25F with a windchill of -20C (-4F)

A beautiful and wellcome sight after a long winter. We still have snow here, but its getting warmer and soon they will show up here too. Very nice spring photo!
