Middlefield, Connecticut, USA. Spring snow melt and two-plus inches of rain put the Coginchaug River over its banks. With the flooding, the Wadsworth Big Falls is like a mini-Niagara Falls, having a tremendous volume of water passing over the falls. A rainbow is visible in the mist from the falls. Enjoy!

I love that rainbow you have captured, and I can almost hear the roar of the water coming over the falls. Beautiful work, Thad.

The exposure worked really good on this Thad. The rainbow looks so cool. There must be a leprechaun around somewhere. Good post.

So when do the honeymooners flock to the area? A nice action shot of the falls and rushing waters Thad. Good lighting and colours in your photo. I like the double rainbow you've managed to capture in the image.

Lot of force behind that water flow and you captured it well here along with added delight of the little rainbow. Pretty shot, Thad.
