Lilacs were my grandmother's fav.. and mine, too. Every year for her birthday she was showered in lilac-themed gifts.

You did a really nice job on controlling what looks like to be an exposure challenge. Quite like the lighter background and bokeh.
Complementary on the colour palette side of things and is not blown out.
There's that somethin' somethin' extra to your image here, that I can't quite put my finger on.

I love Lilac's too ever since I accidentally stood near one many years ago. It was a warm afternoon and it was sunny, and this wonderful perfume filled the air. I turned around and saw this purple lilac and realised the perfume was coming from this bush. Lovely capture, but a pity we dont have smell on here too. Fav'd and thank you for sharing!
