Killingworth, Connecticut, USA. Several streams run through Chatfield Hollow State Park. The park was created as a Civilian Conservation Corps project in the 1930s. Today, it was a nice place to take a walk, and snap some photos. Enjoy!

The light and shadows are so attracting Thad. I like the shapes of the rocks. Almost like sleeping animals.

Well captured scene in the light and shadow. Love finding places like this, but the shots don't always do them justice. This one does that.

Those Civilian Conservers did a great job. I like how they arranged the rocks in a pleasing pattern. Nice lighting and shadows in the scene, Thad. This looks like a great place to sit and soak in the calmness.
