My...isn't he a cutie pie. I believe I've seen these guys on Animal Planet. They don't have much in the way of head feathers so that they can poke around with the vultures on carcasses. Could be another stork, but why else would he have that bright red face unless he's embarrassed.

Simply because it has forgotten to use suntan oil in the desert like conditions in California, lol.
