Midway Carrier Museum, San Diego, California, USA. Saving precious space on an aircraft carrier required the capability of collapsing wings on aircraft. Thinking of all the components of a wing that need to flawlessly function for take off, flight, and landing, creating the wing design was complicated as seen here on the A6 Intruder.

Perfect design and construction has a resulted in a sophisticated and or HQ A6 Intruder, Thad. Very interesting too.

Thanks for this this perfect image. It's pretty rare that we can see mostly as secret qualified constructions.
