Marilyn - I really like this picture. Because its such a gloomy day here, I enjoy seeing the sun. I like the way the sun makes the orange bowl and lemon pedats translucent. Mmmm Yummy. And right in the left corner of the orange bowl is the starlight effect of the sun. Great posing. High marks Marilyn. Do more please.
A dear friend of mine, who is 87, was trying to decide recently what the most beautiful thing in the world was. She thought a while and concluded it's light. Light is the most beautiful thing there is.
Private Flower reporting for duty ma'am!!! LOL Thats what that flower made me think of. Not to mention how I also appreciate the sun. This is a beautiful capture, well done.
Thank you for another beautiful photo !!! This one is just stunning the colours are so rich and beautiful, words cannot express this photo or the flower. Thank you for sharing.
Awesome, awesome, AWESOME!! So clear and beautiful you can almost smell it! Another perfect capture, artistically presented that leaves you breathless!
What a gorgeous capture, Marilynjane! This has gone into my favorites. It's so ironic, because I just bought this same bunch of daffodils today. Yes, I BOUGHT them, because it's still too eary HERE for flowers. Ugh!!!
I love the see-thru effect the sunshine has given this flower. Daffodils always turn toward the sun and arent we the fortunate ones to see them do this? This is a most lovely image my dear friend...bigtime hugs go to you today..verena
Exceptional photo Marilyn!....a lovely piece of work from you again....I love it.....I can see, in my mind's eye!...you lying on the ground trying to point your camera up towards this magnifcient Daffodil, squinting and squirming, in that lovely sunlight!!!!!
Oooh hey this is magnifico!! I love the way you placed the sun and what a great exposure you have grabbed. Do tell your secret for this one;-) Bows to flower god!! Oh, what the heck, I say it. It's in my favourites too:-)
How delicate yet how hardy these beauties are..they survive the early spring and yet they look so delicate and super-translucent, especially when you capture them for us! What a shot Marilyn! I like how the light is dancing and showing off this daffodils best side....good job and thank you for the sunshine today :~)
