7-8-9-10 ... Ready or Not ... Here I come!. Nice posting Martin. The thumbnail in the gallery caught my eye and here I am. Your composition with that tree trunk on the left, vividly brought to mind my playing "Hide & Seek" when I was younger ... MUCH younger. LOL Thanks for posting this and taking me back in time.

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.

I see you like trees also. So do I. Got more than a few of them in my gallery. Check out "Path To Somewhere". I'm really proud of that one. This is very good. I like the DOF and the colors. Muggsy had a good idea about hide and seek. I dunno if these trunks are big enough however. Nice work.

nicely done. the tree trunk on the left frames the image, and gives it a sense of depth. had it just been an image of trees at one distance it would've been flat and boring. so i guess you could claim success here...

I saw a peanut stand, heard a rubber band, I saw a needle that winked its eye. But I think I will have seen everything When I see an elephant fly. MY GALLERY

The tree on the left is nice but fills in too much of the photo. I would reduce the framing of the tree and you will have an excellent photo.

What happened is that you've got a great dof and nice impression of the forrest.
Maybe if you focused a few meters back from the first tree the effect could be increased?
Compliments and greetings,
Wim
