A completely digital photoshop painting by Rachael Smith, my daughter. I've posted this with her permission. The actual painting is a long, narrow vertical painting of a water sprite. I had to turn this into the standard 1200x1600 format for Caedes. So the original is the entire figure on the left, with a detail reversed for interest on the right. Again, we hope you enjoy.

This is amazing. If I had to imagine a water sprite, this would definitely be it. Great effects, too. Your daughter is very talented.

Very graceful illustration, i like the way you styalize her hairs, the fine textures on her body really bring out her characters, the color scheme are very pleasing to the eyes, the added sparks are also a very nice touch. over all, nice work to Rachael and Dad, keep up the great work!!

I can't believe that I let this one slip by me. She has added many subtle details (the webbed fingers, the scales, etc.) that add depth and dimension to the piece. The overall color is enhanced by the touches of green and purple in the hair. Rachel has plenty of artistic skill and Photoshop skill. I can't wait to see more from the both of you.
