Great clarity. Wonderful image for the December DT. I love the look of holly with its bright berries and shiny green leaves. The clarity is wonderful and that is one of my favorite Christmas carols.

I couldn't help but post it now, as it was so pretty and I've never seen it look so fresh...she just called to me as I was walking alongside this rather large hedge, but ya'll are right. I'll take it down a bit later and resubmit when others are submitting slightly older versions of this fresh bush...muah..muah... :)PJ

If I didn't know this is how the green leaves look on holly, I'd swear you waxed them for this shot. They look so shiny and new. The red berries add a real contrast of color. So fitting for the holidays. A very vivid and sharp image. Thanx PJ.

Earleen said it for me...leaves so green and berries do red. We had a tree between our back door and shed. Messy booger, berries all over the deck and the spiked leaves scratched my bald head to a bloody mess when I mowed the lawn. Here you have made it look beautiful. Good Job. Jas

Hi Pj,
"Holly" is a good reminder that the holidays are just around the corner, a time of year Joan and I look so forward to. You executed this image with great precision - framing, lighting, just the right amount of color, and I particularly like the metallic shininess to the leaves you somehow managed to capture. Very pretty.....Neil
