Early morning shot of Calicut beach. We had stayed at a resort and this was the view just outside the resort. The resort is bit isolated from the town of calicut and offered us amazing view of the sea. I hope you enjoy this.

Your photo makes me want to be at that beach. I love the light at this time of day. It's my favourite. Good capture Prashanth.

Looks like prime real estate for mermaids Prashanth.
A nice composition and lovely shot of the beach. I like the light on the palm leaves. A good job and thanks for sharing.

I just want to be there! That's all! How beautiful and peaceful it looks. Those Palm trees are so enticing. And the rocks, they are filled with colours and help the water look so pretty as it rolls to the shore. I would love to be sitting there and doing a painting of the scene. Lovely photo Prashanth. Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Maybe just a little more contrast would bring out the water and the beach better, but I like the angle and the colors, as well as the misty look in the distance. Nice work, P.

Very nice shot Prashanth - the colours and details are great. Is this Kappad Beach? If so, I have a few shots of the place in my gallery too.

Just a lovely scene Prashant; yummy. A slight tweak of the contrast might improve the picture quite a bit.

The mist is great, also the leaning trees. I am wondering what the white bits are on the rocky ledge... and should they be cloned out? There is a hint of sun on the sand and again on the trees...more contrast might bring that out, but you absolutely don't want to lose the mist!
