Some yin and yang to the year already.. found an online image editor, near close to Photoshop in functionality, etc... Photopea | Online Photo Editor.

The 'yang'.. for the freebie use of ... limited in file size to 1344 x 768.

There is a premium version for $5/month. Which, I believe from the discussion thread; "Caedes Chat and Other Stuff" is relatively inexpensive.

That said..

Seems to be crisper, sharper, 3-d. I like the addition of the snake cutout and the border. Ah, yes, I believe I like v2.0, Les. I hope you'll enjoy and get a lot of good use out of your new image editor.

Les,
In the first place, thanks for the v2.0 creation.
In the second place my response on your narrative:
On my new laptop (W11 Pro) I can no longer install Photoshop because Microsoft believes that two drivers of the PS version I bought are outdated. Buying a new PS version is no longer possible. One can only rent the recent version of PS for a monthly fee. I don't feel like doing that.
The Photopea | Online Photo Editor you mentioned could be a good alternative. I'm still hesitating because the maximum file size is limited to 1344 to 768 pixels. For the time being I will continue to use PS on my old laptop (W10 home) until Microsoft stops providing security updates (October 14, 2025).
In any case, thanks for the links in your narrative. Very useful and welcome (much appreciated) information, 👍 .
