As a first post it's hard to beat. I concur with all the above posts giving you praise. Especially the originality factor is high. Some bit's of the editing of the hand are on the crude side but all in all it gives me such a warm fuzzy feeling to look at it. (The applied filters works out pretty nicely though.) It's like a well written piece of poetry but without the words to distract me from the feelings behind it. Art at it's best even. Kudos. I'm most certainly looking forward to seeing more from you.

really cool.. only thing i would suggest is maybe the landscape should look a bit more lush and green and more color in the hand.. i give this high marks just for the idea of it. great job ;]
