Your description is dead accurate. Not so sure about the frame though. It's somewhat distracting for me.

Roland - I'm not sure about the border, though I appreciate its variation. The scene - well, it is beautiful. The single set of cross-country ski tracks above the river bank, the river leading the eye throughout the valley, snow-covered trees, amazing mountains - all create a scene that must be seen rather than described. Excellent work! Thad
