Great shot and a great angle for it. Looks like I see a few other red blooms in the left corner of the shot. I think the bulb planters got a few mixed up. :o)
The colors are vivid and the picture is clear, also its a good contrast, the red against the sea of yellow.
But, I do have some critique, and it's the angle. With any target you have to keep in mind what it is you want to present. The only thing the viewer sees is not your intended target, but also the immediate surroundings and the background.
In this case the immediate surroundings (the yellow flowers) work as a nice framing, but then the scenery behind, over the top of the flowers is too far and too complex, it steals a lot from the picture.
Maybe an upward angle, with which you could've screened out the "horizon"? or maybe if you edit the horizon to have only a bright blue sky?

Very pretty. I like your idea here and the colors are nice and bright. The structure in the background is a bit distracting but I really like this image.
