A narrow street, a windmill ahead, a cat in the window, a van in the middle of the roadway and lots and lots of stores. What a scene, Rob. A lot to see here and a real look at life in the city. Interesting shot.

Love your narrative, Rob. So this is a portrait of your cat? And a fine looking specimen you have here.

Not that I'm trying to pry, but have you been taking all of your medications as prescribed? And how many moons are there on your planet?

Seriously, I love the use of the telephoto lens on this very busy and congested street. The telephoto condenses the action. I assume that this is one way way road. And by the way, I did notice the cat in the upper left although he's not real or the focal point of the shot.

Not only is Big Brother watching, so is Rob. Great scene of a busy street. There is a lot to look at and contemplate. I faved it for that reason. The cat statue looks cool peering on the scene below.

Wow what a sight that is at the bottom of the road, it is like it came down from the sky. Plus the street reminds me of Cornish streets very narrow. Very interesting photography with lot's for the eyes to see.

Te gek hoe deze waarschijnlijk stadsmolen hoog boven de resterende architectuur uitsteekt. De sfeer is mooi gepakt en wat mij in deze foto zeer aanspreekt is het contrast nu en toen. De molen staat er! Goed werk :-) Mich

The cat in the window, clever! Love your angle on the scene.

Looks like the cat gets almost a birds eye view of all it's surroundings. Wonderful capture, Rob ... lots to see & excellent detail.

That window with the cat would make a great stand alone shot too....lots to see in Vlaardingen, a busy street for shoppers :o)

Pity that the car is half on the picture..in my humble opinion...

I see there's a pub on the left, so let's have a drink...or two ...lol...

Nice lighting in your urban landscape scene, Rob. Lots of details to take in. There must be a mouse across the street that cat is staring so intently at.
