Perfect title, Rob. If this is disturbing, then the artist is disturbed. The scientific community probably can't wait for you to donate your body to science. Entire volumes of textbooks on abnormal psychology will be written about your brain. I am reminded of Igor in the original Boris Karloff Frankenstein movie. He broke into the lab and stole the wrong brain, and we all know what happened after that. When I see an image like this, I know that there is an Igor out there just waiting for your brain to become available on eBay. You are one spooky dude.
