Love the textures that give the appearance of peeling paint. The colors work very well together & I like your framing. The girls expression fits perfectly. I'm gathering this may be for the current contest ... so best of luck. Magnificent work as always, Rob.
I love this she looks like she is from the time of King Arthur's days and the frame and backdrop as a old world look to.Well done to a great piece of art work.
This Image GRABBED my EYE. That's Why I Stopped By. Thanks For Sharing ! Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience
Stunning eyes on this beauty! I love the wood-like tones and textures. The knot and crack running down along the length of her hair is so perfect too. I really like the framing. Absolutely fabulous work my friend. An instant fave for me.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
It is probably all that dampness of the canals causing the paint to peel. You really need to start looking after your priceless works of art Rob. Or you could donate them to Roger since he lives a pretty arid place. Another great looking image and creation Rob. I like the expression in her face. Best of luck in the contest.
