Well the life of a Trash Art model is no bed of roses and when things go wrong they go very wrong its not all fun and games for the girls. Wonder is this one should be my contest entry huuuummmm.

You might consider letting your models get some sun and access to a bathtub every now and again. That looks like a few years of grime buildup on her face. Wonderful textures and details in the image Rob.
