One of Lincoln conspirators...gracious! I think those are hand restraints are some kind of odd handcuffs. This is a great colorization ...the man looks so real and alive!

Rob, this perfectly restored and slightly colorized image almost proofs even without a narrative, so on its own, that this accused man must have been guilty. The look on his face has enhanced the suspicion of being a Lincoln conspirator. Hope for him that he had a good lawyer (probably not usual in that era).
Great addition to a great and intriguing series.
