I didn`t think about the color at all at first , it`s so well done. The soulful eyes and his appearance raise many questions about who and what he was. Great photo.

I like that you left the damage from the original plate, while still colorizing within the wash of the damage. I think it adds character to the image.

He looks very pensive, perhaps sad, or maybe just very hot in all those clothing layers
