Beautiful image Sayed . I can't really make out who or what it is supposed to represent.

If practice makes perfect and nobody is perfect, then why practice?

The perspective is so good for the subject matter. It has us looking heavenward as we gaze on this statue that remarkably resembles the Pieta. There must be lots of Christians in Kerala. Nicely done.

When I was a kid we used to have these things called shaker-makers. You mixed powder with water, put it in a mould, shook it and out came a statue. They were always pink and they had a very distinctive smell. Your statue makes me think of that - the pink colour at least! Always fascinating to see these Christian artifacts in Kerala, and I like your perspective here.

Ohh shaker makers I so remember those!! Bought some for my kids as well but they didnt have the smell :))But there is one thing I really remember about them, how hard it was to peel the mould away from the plaster :))

I do like this capture, and I wonder at the story behind the statue.
