You really have beautiful village. You have so many palm trees, and I love them. Great picture.

Very nice image - bright and colorful and the reflections look wonderful.

Hey, Sayed....

This is a very interesting shot although I could use a little more information in your narrative. This sight might be very familiar to you, but those of us that aren't from your village might not know what we're looking at. The contrast between the bright green of the lawn and the muddy water makes me think I'm looking at a small flood on some ground that was going to get some new sod.

Once again, the sky is white and even a little overexposed. The palm in the foreground is awfully dark. It looks like you tried to eradicate some power lines but gave up. You have the shots right, and an artist's eye, but you might need to download some new software. Just my opinion of course.

Clearly Roger does not know the difference between a lawn and a rice paddy. Though he does have a point about the power lines. I would have left them alone for this shot; considering they also appear in the reflection along with the poles which would also have to be removed.
An interesting photo, Sayed. I like the vibrant colours and the reflection. Good work and thanks for sharing.

Think about the photo before and after, never during. The secret is to take your time. You mustn't go too fast. The subject must forget about you. Then, however, you must be very quick. Henri Cartier-Bresson

It's a very nice shot. The powerlines kind of bother me as well, but considering you can't just remove them completely, I think it doesn't really matter that much. Besides you have clearly tried to crop them out as much as you can, like the ones passing over the site. The sky might be overexposed, but on the other hand that fades the large group of powerlines quite nicely, so again, not a problem in my mind. Having fancy software to manipulate your photos is something I myself don't really appreciate. If one can take good photos, they don't need to be manipulated to such extent that you would need more than some basic program. So, again, nice work, keep it up.

I think it's a beautiful view, Sayed, particularly the reflections.
I sometimes feel in a minority on this site because I like powerlines. Powerlines bring power; without which we wouldn't be able to share these pictures of ours around the whole world.

You have a beautiful village. It looks too remote to have modern technologies such as internet. Lucky you- unspoiled beauty and modern technology.

I'm going to have to agree with eubeen here. I think that the picture is what it is. A photograph shouldn't have to be manipulated to any extent at all. So there's powerlines. Are we going to manipulate everything we don't want in a photograph? In that case, why bother at all. Might as well just use a software program to create an image. I think this photograph is a good photo and represents the village well. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing.

I have to agree too. I admit that I downloaded this picture and cloned out the cables, just out of curiousity, and have to say that I prefer this one. As far as your pics go Sayed, they are, to me, more about educatuion and interest rather than the cleaned up picture.Thats exactly what I love about your shots my friend, that I can feel as though I am actually there. xx
