Love the detail you captured here Mark. the coiled petals of the flowers, the gentle streaking of the edges of the petals. In this image, I think the framing serves to draw the viewers eye into the heart of the flower. very well composed and the color is awesome. My new desktop and into my favorites it goes. Thank you for sharing this with me ;=)

Oh Mark, I can feel the sun coming through this beauty. Superb clarity, and details that show the delicacy of these fluted petals. The lemon yellow color with the touches of red, are a feast for the eyes. And to top it all, the red borders are perfect. You sure play well!!
