We saw this moose up on a hill on Monday while on the Cabot Trail. You have to be careful in certain places, they can come on the road at any time.

The different textures of the trees and the way the moose's face is (hiding?) behind the branch make this an engaging photo for me. He's framed naturally by his environment...kodos on a wonderful photo!

Well, believe it or not, we actually had a young one run up the street in front of our house. No, I didn't have the camera ready. You're lucky to be able to get a shot of this animal. And around here it might mean they have brain worm if you can get this close. If she wants your camera, just hand it over :(

Beautiful picture! We had 2 moose run out in front of us (not at the same time), but it is very scary!!! Have to slam on the brakes. We never drive at night up north anymore in areas there are moose haha!
