Here is a picture of the creek which is down Treasure Rd. I took this a back in 2007, so this was before my good camera. I actually took this with a 2 megapixel cell phone camera, so sorry if its not the best quality! :) But I still love this shot anyways!!!

Pretty good for a 2mp phone camera Sara. The reflections and the contrast between the shadows and light is really good. Nice post. I hope they don't close the road although part of it looks underwater.

The road, has it dropped below sea level? lol. I can see why you love this picture and I bet you were trapped on the other side of this road wanting to get across, somehow!

I agree, good for a camera. A little post processing with the curves might have helped up the quality a little.

Well, you already mentioned the quality issue yourself, so nuff said. One of the marks of an artist is that we can self critique, and you have obviously done that. With better equipment this had the potential for a good shot, the composition is good, the reflections nice...get back out there with your new camera next time it floods and show us what you can do!
