Well, here are the Sleeping Poppy buds, from a few days ago. Thay came on, with avengance, and there are many more getting ready to bloom. Please forgive me, for not commenting on all uploads, but I'm not allowed to sit for more then a few minutes, at a time. Have to be up and walking, or resting. Had some minor surgery on my stomach, and am mildly incapacitated, for a few weeks. At least I can still shoot the new flowers, while I'm out walking.

Ah, the poppy; ... The man-in-a-suitcase of the flower world. Such a large flower comes out of a relatively small case. Great shot of these.

Cheers! - Dave

Very nice. I would get very discouraged trying to shoot red flowers. This would be a good test for a RAW image.

Hi Doug, this is a wonderful shot. I love how those poppies really stand out. Superb job here.

I've not been on caedes in a long time, been really busy. I miss it. But it's nice to see some more of your great shots on here again.
