It's among the first forest flowers to bloom, in my home Province of Ontario, Canada... and after the past two weeks I think I'd prefer being a Bear in Hibernation

Very good clarity and sharpness in this image Doug. Before you hibernate remember to take a fully charged cell phone and spare batteries with you. One may forget the location after such a long sleep.

I'm with you Doug about hiberating, It's really cold here -16C and windchill of -25C right now.

All my life I wished I was a bear during winter time. The thing I find most disgusting are the short daylight periods.
I think I might have seen this flower also in my area. This is a charming jewel, Doug dear.
