the ospreys are nesting and I drive over to sesuit harbor frequently to try and capture one or both... it was hazy, hot and humid and I think she was stretching her wings to cool off... no sign of the little ones yet... if you look carefully at the underside of the platform you can see one of the many small birds that are nesting within the nest...

Maybe she was shading the little ones, briefly, from the sun. I like the triangle formed by your composition in this one Mary. Everything is so very well thought out.

That must be one strong, smart bird. First to get a pallet up there and secondly to have the know how to construct a nest. They must be part forklift. It is a great shot HF and the colors are awesome. Composition is just great. Should be a winner.
