Me, in a church in Florance. I'm no Christian, but the moment was so beautiful I couldn't resist lighting a candle and thinking of all the beautiful things I see in life. An inspiring photographer persisted to take a picture of me at that moment, so, I asked her to take one with my camera as well.

I went back to find you in the picture. I love the illuminated silhouette -as you say inspired... At first I thought this was a picture of a lit Christmas tree. Nice that you have this photo to remind you of this special feeling forever.

I, also, couldn't see you in the thumbnail shot, but there you are in larger versions. You might want to consider brightening this photo just a little bit -- enough to make yourself show up more, but not too much, to spoil the mood of the image.

Ownership of land is, at best, a useful human fiction.
I thought it was a Christmas tree, too. I am atheist, pics like this don't impress me much. But if I am in Florence, which I adore, I'd rather see a whole church or cathedral as an architectural object, as art.
