Poison Dart Frog; Discovery Center, Lowry Park Zoo. I must have tried to capture one of these a half dozen times over the last year to no avail. They are in a small aquarium with many reflections and very low light.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

What a gorgeous shot you finally got! Isn't it just totally rewarding when ya finally do it?!! Congrats on a really wonderful photo of a most lovely, but deadly froggie..Verena
I tried many times too and know how hard it is, so my compliments to you for this very beautiful capture...they are such gorgeous and amazing creatures:)
Well... wow. You did it this time. Amazing clarity, not only of the frog but of the green stuff he's sitting on. (The English teacher is not feeling very articulate this morning -- "green stuff?")

Well composed, and and and ... you are definitely 'spot on' with the technical aspects. (Uh ... you probably get tired of hearing that, don't you? :oP)
Annnnd ...
Visually, this is a treat for the eyes. Those colours; the frog itself, as well as the setting are ... amazing.
Really well done, I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Thank you for sharing this image. :o)
I can imagine the hard conditions ! it was not a simple image indeed then.
Allthough not asked, still a pointer, wich might help a bit. When countered with glass and low light conditions, place the camera against the glas and lay your hand, thumb and index finger around the lens as protection, and use your hand as a tripod. Manual sharpning. This has helped me a lot with getting rid of nasty reflections, the hand around the lens doubles as a tripod, in low light, and manual sharpness is quicker and more acurate than automatic.
You have done wonderfull here, a 10 is certanly deserved.
A lot of colorfull frogs from the jungle, like alarmcolor orange are as poisenes as a snake !
A good capture of this interesting little frog. The foreground blurred moss tries to draw attention away from the subject a little bit. Overall a good image.

Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.
