I'm not sure how much nest building was going on. He jumped in a pattern to the same 4 branches at least 30 times. Maybe he was checking the view? Aviary, Lowry Park Zoo.

He knows when building a house, the three most important elements are location, location, location! LOL What a knock me over with a feather, amazingly beautiful bird and the shot is spectacular!

Well, whatever he's doing, you were certainly doing you job. A+ on this, and again it's been saved.. I love the sheen on his back. Such lovely iridescent colors.
