My second attempt at the pen tool in PS, and my own design after being inspired by the works of Chantal Paré. I know it's rather simple, but I had to start somewhere..lol. Thanks to Ilian (GGFF) for his excellent pen tool tips and encouragement! :) However, I feel I did not use a large enough stroke on the path this time around. All the coloured pieces are from my fractals, and I created the jewels with the help of this tutorial . Best viewed Full Screen.

Comments always welcome and critiques are most appreciated and encouraged. Thanks for looking! :) Lori

I like what your doing here Lori. Using your fractals for texture in the flowers is great. The stems of the flowers came out especially well.

Well, well Lori. This is so intriguing and such a fun piece!! I have PS Elements 3 and I may have to investigate if that pen thing is here as well. So darn cute this is. I'm not sure about the buttons on the stems though, doesn't seem natural but that's just me. Besides that I am in love with this:):)

I don't know how I could have missed this one ... I absolutely love it. The sky blue background sets off the textured tulips superbly & the jewels give the image an extra something special. Very creative work Lori ... plus it's my new spring DT. Thank you ... also faved.
