Oh how soft and pretty this tree is! I love the way it 'squiggles' from the lower branches to the upper ones. And the softness here is perfect. This is vedry pretty indeed, a good shot..verena

Very nice restful image Ted - that tree looks very old and interesting.

I love this! It's straight out of a fantasy book, or those magical places in the mind. Wonderful

Ahhh, found it.

I remembered seeing this before, as I have peeked into your galleries time to time and I wasn't quite sure on this one. Yet ... I kept coming back to take a look ... and once again, I find myself fascinated by this image. And now ... yes ... yes, I do like it ... quite a bit actually. :o)

At first glance I think my concerns were for the horzontal tilt (those 'rules' again) and having caught a glimpse of the pathway, I really wanted to see more of that contrast in colour and texture. But ... now ... take those comments as a suggestion for a return visit to take more, not a replacement mind you ... 'cause this one is all about that magnificent tree.

The fog lends that perfect element of intrigue and 'dates' this one for me. If that makes sense. Check out bluebunnybatmans' comments above me ... the presence of the fog does give the image a more fantasy-like look and it is quite a fitting setting and added ambiance for this great tree.

Really, really nice work and great eye to have seen this. Thanks again. :o)
