Like most others, we had a little get-together over the holiday weekend. We usually have a fish fry, but this year we decided to smoke a turkey. When I saw the wonderful, rich color of these hickory wood chips soaking to prepare for use in the smoker, I had to shot them. I'm a fool for bubbles too, so they were like the icing on the cake (which we also had)! The turkey was DELICIOUS!!! Sorry, I don't have enough left for all of my great Caedes friends!
