This is a 2002 Dyna Wide Glide Custom Harley. It is my husband's first and other love. He had it before he met me and I'm sure he'll still have it long after I'm gone. I don't ride with him anymore, I'm sure you can see why! The 'passenger' seat feels like a tiny cement pad and as I've gotten older, I've decided that I don't like bugs in my teeth. I can see why he won't give her up for one that would be more comfortable for both of us, it's because she's prettier than me! I used a watercolor pencil effect on this, partly because I wanted to try it on something and also because he had cleaned it so well that it was way too shiny! um um ummmm, reminds me of my younger , crazy days, every spring i get bike fever, and i try to talk her into getting a scooter again, but she tells me i am crazy and i will kill myself, if she only knew how i was before she met me,lol!! maybe i will post a shot of my old wheels soon, got a few good shots somewhere amongst piles of old photos!!

Blue with chrome - a classic combination! What I like most is how you retained all the shiny reflections in the chrome yet other surfaces show the pencil work you finished. Good job! And as what happens to me with highly reflective surfaces, you managed to not capture a self-portrait in the process. (I totaled a bike when I was 17, no helmet, walking away with a few scratches and a burn, promising to never ride again...)
