I caught this blazing sunset through the trees near the end of my driveway a few nights ago. It instantly made me think of this song. This song made me think of my Mom, Diane/6gram. While I was growing up, my Mom played all different kinds of music all of the time. I remember her singing away while she did housework or just singing to my little brother. Great memories! I would have to say that Hank Williams Sr. was always my favorite.~~~I hope you like the sunset and maybe the song too:)!!

awesome again tina, i have been stuck on old hank for a long time, even when i was a young buck, one of my favorites is there' s a tear in my beer and i'm thinkin of you dear!!!

I was always a Hank Sr fan. I can remember when he died. The way my mom acted, I thought we had lost a family member. Now that I look back, I think we did.
My hair was never curly but my eyes are still blue.

I truly thought it was fire until I read your narrative. Very nice shot Tina. Unfortunately I cannot hear the song. SONY is in dispute with the German Government since a long time. It is about money of course.

Great Job Tina! You really worked the light well. Keeping the trees a bit underexposed well accenting the strong winter evening light really adds a good contrast to the scene!
