Another shot at sunrise at Lake Webster. The Dixie is a paddle wheeler that takes you for a lake cruise. One of these days I'm going to go for a ride! It is not a gambling boat, that would be about a hour or so drive from here.

Tomorrow I will be off line while they bore under the road and install a new line for my telephone and internet service. I have a friend who is going out of his way to get it done, so I guess you could say it pays to know the right people. This time it paid off for me. I will furnish them with a good Sirloin Dinner with green beans and red potatoes, and a hug and big thank you! :) He will of course get paid through his company! He does sub contracting work for my telephone service.

A beauty of a sunrise ... the paddleboat gives a nice perspective as to the size of the lake & such. Love the colors & the scene looks so peaceful.
Glad to hear your phone line will be fixed. A couple of days ago I was without internet ... a road contruction crew accidently hit / split a fiber optic cable. The result ... no phone, internet, or cable TV service for 8 hours (county wide). I'm sure your friend will enjoy that steak dinner.
