While visiting this local lake I spotted this little family enjoying the sun,and some rest.
I hope this is not too dark, I looked at another lighter version,and decided on this one, I did give it some highlighting.
Thank you for commenting, and I hope to be able to get more pics. of this little family in the future.

Aren't they so cute. You and I just happened to catch the same kind of images along the same time. Just posted some baby geese from a local lake today. It most be baby booming time. good capture Sandi. Hope you got some more.

I already wrote one critique on this, but my computer decided that a brief Windows error would spoil my mood. The gods are angry apparently because I was so gleeful as I wrote the original critique. They thought, "The world is out of balance. We must send a smiteful and spiteful message to Roger."
Anyway, I had originally written that I had seen this shot on Facebook and had downloaded it to post as my own on another site because your Facebook images oftentimes are larger than the Caedes shots.
I also commented that I was giggling like a school girl and that tears of joy were rolling down my cheeks which apparently nearly shorted out my keyboard which is probably why Windows tossed me out. I now have my keyboard covered with Saran Wrap; so that I can finish my "critique".
You Rogered up the post photo work as I can see a thin white line along the duck's breast and under her neck and along the bill.

Wow this is a great looking capture and lovely close up shot too it is almost 3D.The colours detail are superb my friend.Plus the light you captured from the sun is truly stunning as well.
