I decided to try to tone down, and give this image a redo and enter into the B&W challenge. Do you have any B&W entries for Lyn this week? Thank you for your comments.

Good one for the B/W challenge Sandi. The reflections look still good in B/W.

Well OB beat me to it. I immediately thought 'etching' as well.
I think this works really well in B/w and makes a very attractive image.
Thanks for entering it in the Challenge Sandi, and for your reminder :)

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

I like how you softened the background and foreground as the rough nest pops out against them. B/W is super artistic Sandi. Fantastico!

To me the B&W version has even more 'character' than the colored version Sandi. Very good entry for the challenge.

It's a great wildlife study, a great reflections study and a great study of textures.

I agree with Bob. It does look like an etching Sandi. You know me...I like that style. Good creative image for the challenge Sandi.

I agree with the other SOS guys as to etching quality and think that this is at least as good as the original, if not better ...:)
